PARADIGM SHIFT  is recruiting – We seek experienced and committed end game raiders

Player recruitment:  If you consider yourself in the top percentage of player’s in your class with exceptional skills and knowledge of the game, then we are looking for YOU!,  

We are a PVE Alliance guild …   we are a guild, which will reward the top players of the guild with for the success of the guild and raid content.    If you really are the BEST of the BEST, now is the time to prove it.  We are not simply looking to see all the content, we are looking to push through it and be some of the pioneers knocking out the hard mode encounters and fighting for server firsts!  We expect perfect raid awareness, professions that maximize your raiding ability, flasks, food, gemming no matter the cost is what is important to us.

Be apart of something new, help define and develop a new raiding guild with your experience and leadership.  Help shape the guild into something you have always wanted to be part of and get the most rewarding experience for your time in game. 

We are end game focused, no foolishness or drama will be tolerated.   We use Loot Council to ensure everyone is rewarded for the effort they put in.

Our raid schedule will be as follows:

Monday      5:00 -9:30 PM ST

Tuesday     7:00 - 9:30 PM ST

Wednesday 7:00 - 9:30 PM ST

Thursday    5:00 - 9:30 PM  ST

Friday         OFF  (Optional 10 Man Ulduar)

Saturday     OFF  (Optional 10 Man Ulduar)

*during progression we may add friday and saturday, go up to a few hours late, or even start raid early

Guild will pay for all 25-man raid repairs, flasks, enchants and gems. (Guild sponsored).  And all guild requested spec changes for raids would also be compensated for as well.   

We are looking to develop a strong team who want to be apart of something that is rewarding for all.

Our raid core will be very small, so we expect several non-negotiable traits in our applicants.

We're looking for hardcore raiders with extensive raid experience. Don't waste our time and we won't waste yours. Every applicant should be extremely dedicated to the class and spec he has chosen. Consumables, gems, enchants, and even professions should be selected to maximize raid performance. Basically time or cost should NOT be a determining factor in raid preparation or performance.

In addition to dedication, all applicants should have a strong sense of self-motivation and a desire to be the best. Everyone is expected to give 110% effort all the time. That being said, however, it’s also important to mesh well with the raiding core. We have a team mentality while raiding and showing up with a poor attitude or a chip on your shoulder is not conducive to good teamwork. The ability to take constructive criticism is an absolute must as well. Basically, those people prone to emotional outbursts or deep cutting should think twice before applying, as there is zero tolerance for that here.

Particularly pertinent to us is your ability to perform in our raid environment. <Paradigm Shift> will keep our standards high and this level of commitment is a must have for any endgame guild and accordingly all applicants should have a level of ability consummate with it.
